These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of redrocklights.com and to the text messages, estimates and communications you receive from Red Rock Lighting (“we”, “us”), a permanent LED lighting installer serving the Phoenix Valley, Arizona. By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Using this website

You may use this site to learn about our services and to request an estimate. You agree not to misuse it, including by submitting false information, attempting to access areas you are not authorized to, interfering with how the site works, or using automated tools to copy its content.

Estimates and quotes

• Estimates are free. Requesting one does not commit you to buy anything.
• Any price discussed on this website, by phone or by text is an estimate until we have seen your home. Your final price, scope, schedule and payment terms are set out in the written agreement you sign with us before work begins.
• If anything in that written agreement differs from these Terms, the written agreement controls for your installation.

Warranty

Our installations come with a 10-year warranty. The exact coverage, what is included and how to make a claim are described in the warranty terms provided with your written agreement. Nothing on this website expands that coverage.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may text you about your estimate, appointment and project, and, if you agree, occasional offers. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or text messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Photos and content

The text, photos, videos, logos and design of this website belong to Red Rock Lighting or are used with permission. You may not copy, reuse or republish them without our written permission. Photos show past installations; colors and brightness can look different in person and on different screens.

Third-party tools and links

This site uses third-party tools, such as our quote form and Google Maps, and may link to other websites such as our social media pages. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but it is provided “as is” for general information only, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Red Rock Lighting is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This section does not limit the warranty or any rights you have under your written installation agreement or under Arizona law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
