Traditional Christmas lights mean a weekend on a ladder in November, clips that snap in the sun, a strand that dies halfway down the roof, and the same job in reverse after New Year. Then the bins go back in the garage for eleven months.

Are permanent Christmas lights worth it?

If you put lights up every year, or pay someone to, permanent lights stop that cost and that work for good. They also do every other holiday and everyday lighting from the same system, which traditional Christmas lights cannot.

When should I book to have them up for Christmas?

As early as you can. November and December are the busiest months for holiday lighting, so booking your free estimate in the fall gives you the best choice of install dates.

Can you see the track when it is not Christmas?

Barely. The track is low profile, tucked into the roofline and painted to match your fascia before it goes up. In daylight most people have to be told where it is.

What do permanent Christmas lights cost?

Do I need HOA approval?

Some Valley HOAs have rules about exterior lighting, so it is worth checking your guidelines. Because the track is painted to match and can run warm white outside the holidays, it usually reads as architectural lighting rather than a display. We are happy to talk it through with you.

Will they hold up to Arizona weather?

The system is built for outdoor use through summer heat and monsoon season, and it carries a written 10 year warranty.

Do the lights need WiFi to work?

The app is used to set scenes and schedules, but once a schedule is saved the system runs it on its own. Ask us about the specifics for your home when we quote it.

Can I do just Christmas, or does it run other colors too?

The same track does every scene, including a plain warm white the rest of the year. You are not limited to holiday colors, and you are not required to run them if you would rather keep it simple.

What happens if a section stops working?

The install is covered by a written 10 year warranty, so a failure inside that window is a warranty call rather than something you pay to fix again.

Can I start with the front of the house and add more later?

Yes. Many homeowners light the front elevation first for the holidays and add the sides or back patio in a later phase.
