Tile, shingle, flat roof and parapet homes all mount differently, and the Valley has plenty of each. We look at your fascia and roofline in person before we cut anything, so the track is fixed to solid material and follows the roof type you have instead of a generic one.

Before you call

What is the difference between trim lighting and roofline lighting?

Mostly the name. Both describe permanent LED lights mounted along the eaves, fascia and soffits of the house. We call it trim lighting because the track is fitted to, and painted like, your trim.

Is it bright enough to light the entry and driveway?

It lights the roofline, entry and garage area and makes the house clearly visible from the street. It is dimmable, so you can run it softer as accent lighting or brighter for visibility.

Can it do colors too?

Yes. Every LED is individually addressable, so the same lights do warm white every night and any color, pattern or holiday scene when you want it.

My house does not really have eaves, does it still work?

Yes. Flat roof and parapet homes are common across the Valley and the track can be set along the parapet or roofline edge instead of an eave. We look at your specific roof in person before we quote it.

Will it work on a tile roof?

Yes. The track mounts to the fascia, not the tiles themselves, so a tile roof does not stop the install.

What does it cost?

Can I start with just the front and add the rest later?

Yes. Many homeowners light the front elevation first and add the sides, back patio or garage later as a second phase.
