Real installs in the valley

Two of the homes from our own photos, and the cities they are in. No stock photos and no renders.

Queen Creek

The house in our color demo

The warm white, red and purple photos on our homepage are all this one Queen Creek home, taken minutes apart on the same evening. Stone front, tile roof and two front gables.

  • Same lights in every color, nothing re-hung between shots
  • Track runs up and over both front gables
  • Warm white here, which is how most nights look

Gilbert

Two stories, every gable

A two story home in Gilbert with steep board and batten gables, a stone front and a porch roof below. Shown here in a red to blue fade.

  • Upper gables and the lower porch roofline in one install
  • A color fade across the house, not one flat color
  • The same lights can run warm white every other night

Made for the valley

Why valley homes suit permanent lighting

Get a Free Quote
01

Tile roofs

Seasonal strings on a tile roof mean clips pushed under the tiles and someone up on them twice a year. Permanent track goes up once along the roofline and stays there.

02

Desert trim colors

Valley fascia runs through every shade of tan, brown, sand and white. We paint the track to your trim before install day, so in daylight it disappears into the house.

03

The heat

Nobody should be on a ladder hanging lights in the valley heat. The system is rated for Arizona sun and monsoon season and it is covered by a written 10 year warranty.

04

HOAs

Plenty of valley neighborhoods have one. The system can run a quiet warm white every night and only switch to color on the dates you choose. Check your guidelines before you book.

City by city

What we see on the rooflines in each city

Every house gets measured and quoted on its own. These are the things that tend to come up where you live.

Southeast Valley Installed here

Permanent lighting in Queen Creek

Newer neighborhoods, bigger lots and a lot of two story homes with gables and hip roofs. Long, broken rooflines are exactly where cutting the track on site pays off, because stock lengths leave gaps at every corner.

Permanent lighting in Gilbert

Mostly master planned communities, many with an HOA. Worth checking your HOA guidelines before you book. The system can run warm white every night and only switch to color on the dates you pick.

Southeast Valley

Permanent lighting in Chandler

Plenty of two story stucco homes with tile roofs. Fascia colors vary a lot from one street to the next, which is why we paint the track to your trim before install day instead of using one stock color.

East Valley

Permanent lighting in Mesa

A huge range of homes, from older single story ranches to newer builds out east toward the Superstitions. Single story homes usually mean one long, continuous run, which makes for one of the cleanest looking installs there is.

Far East Valley

Permanent lighting in Gold Canyon

Homes that back onto open desert, with the Superstition Mountains behind them. Out here people tend to want the house to glow, not glare, so we set brightness and a dusk schedule with you during the final walkaround.

Central Valley

Permanent lighting in Tempe

A lot of established ranch style homes with low, wide rooflines. On an older fascia we check the condition of the trim before anything goes up, so the track is fixed to something solid.

Northeast Valley

Permanent lighting in Scottsdale

Plenty of desert contemporary homes with flat roofs and parapet walls. A parapet is one crisp horizontal line, so the finish has to be perfect because there is nowhere for a crooked run to hide.

Permanent lighting in Phoenix

Every kind of home the valley has, often on the same street: mid century ranches, tile roof stucco, modern builds. Nothing is templated. We measure your actual rooflines and quote from that.

Service area questions

Before you call

How do I know if you cover my address?

If you are in one of the eight cities on this page, we do. If you are somewhere else in the valley, call 602-517-7814 and we will tell you straight whether we can get to you.

Is the estimate free in every city?

Yes. The on site estimate is free wherever we work and there is no deposit to get a quote. We measure your actual rooflines and give you a real number.

Can I see a home you did near me?

The two homes on this page are real installs in Queen Creek and Gilbert, and our gallery has more. We never publish a customer's address, so we show the city and nothing closer.

Does my HOA need to approve it?

That depends on your HOA, so check your guidelines before you book. It usually helps that the track is painted to match your trim and the lights can run warm white by default.

Is the Partner Home Program open in my city?

It is limited to a small number of homes per neighborhood, with the installation fee waived in exchange for letting us point people to your house. Ask when you call whether there is a spot open near you.

Not on the list?

If you are somewhere else in the valley, call anyway. We will tell you straight whether we can get to you.
