Every house is priced on its own rooflines, so a flat number online would not tell you much. Here is what actually moves the price, and how to get a real quote for your home at no cost.
The short answer
Permanent lighting is quoted on how much of the house you want lit and how hard those runs are to reach and fit. Two homes on the same street can come out very differently if one is a single story ranch and the other is a two story with gables and dormers.
That is why we do not publish a price list. We come out, measure the actual runs, talk through which sides of the house you want done, and give you a real number. The estimate is free and there is no deposit to get one.
It also helps to compare it to the right thing. Permanent lights are installed once and replace years of hanging and removing Christmas lights, and they give you everyday and security lighting the rest of the year.
A quote for the front elevation only is a different number than a quote for the whole house, and neither one is wrong. Most homeowners start with whatever is visible from the street and decide about the rest after seeing it lit.

Some systems use stock lengths in a standard color. They cost less to install and it shows in daylight. Ask whether the track is cut to your runs and color matched to your trim.
A lower number with a short or verbal warranty is not the cheaper option over ten years. Ask for the warranty terms in writing, and whether the company is licensed, bonded and insured.
A number given over the phone or from a photo is a guess. A real quote comes from someone standing at your house measuring the actual runs, so ask whether the estimate includes an in person visit before you commit to anything.
